We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Protection Adviser to join our growing team. Reporting to the Partnership Services Team Leader, the primary purpose of role is to proactively own and manage high quality protection and GI advice following the Openwork Sales Process guidelines.
Managing communications with clients, advisers, and 3rd party contacts, you will follow workflows and complete accurate CRM and submission records.
This is a high performance, high profile, sales focused role, based 2/3 days a week in our Swindon office.

Key Accountabilities:
- To demonstrate an excellent and comprehensive up to date knowledge of existing Openwork Protection & GI product suite.
- To identify customer needs and provide accurate and compliant advice relevant to customer’s individual situation through professional and confident communication.
- To pro-actively follow up pipeline cases proactively and timely to establish a case resolution Ensuring that all cases follow the Openwork’s T&C Framework.
- To be responsible for the end to end advice process.
