The opportunity

We're looking for a dynamic, organised and dedicated individual to join our fantastic People team as PA to the Chief People Officer. We're a fast paced team, proud to deliver first class service to the business and we pride ourselves on our high standards and great relationships.
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of two days per week in our Swindon office. 
We'd like you to:
Provide consistent professional and confidential PA support to the CPO
Ensure work is delivered accurately and on time
Commit to our standards of communication by providing accurate, clear, consistent & supportive information.

The Benefits:
  • Salary - up to £40,000
  • Bonus scheme - on target bonus - 7.5%
  • Pension scheme - contribute up to 5% of your salary and Openwork will match you and put in an extra 5%

What will you need to succeed?

  • Previous, established PA experience at Executive level
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Packages, Teams, Word, Powerpoint & Excel
  • Outstanding organisational skills 
  • A great communicator at all levels
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management ability
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a busy and fast paced team 
  • Adaptable, able to work calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines 
  • Able to prioritise work effectively 
  • Excellent time management skills
