The opportunity

The Partnership Recruitment Coordinator will provide valuable support to the team to ensure a first-class service recruitment service is delivered. The position will involve diary coordination, reporting, administration, trend analysis and vacancy management. This is a varied role that will provide an insight into the world of Partnership Recruitment.

This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days a week in our Swindon office 
 
Key Accountabilities:
  • Day to day management of the candidate and vacancy database, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and relevant. 
  • Provision of management information to the team in the form of Excel reports and utilisation of system reports to create regular reports and trend analysis. 
  • Liaison with Finance team to provide monthly reports for the team. 
  • Management of job board postings, ensuring information is correct and accurate. 
  • Day to day management of vacancy lists 
  • Diary management and coordination for the Partnership Recruitment team
  • Overseeing the application process for all adviser hires and liaising with the vetting team to track progress 
  • Gathering feedback from new hires and throughout onboarding and providing analysis and recommendations
  • Coordinating “Discovery Events”
  • Managing recruitment e mail campaigns

What will you need to succeed?

  • Previous administration and coordination experience, ideally gained within a Financial Services organisation. 
  • Competent user of different systems and Microsoft Office
  • Customer focused 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Established communication skills 
  • Excellent relationship builder, internally and externally
  • Positive, proactive, able to use your own judgement and initiative
  • Takes responsibility for delivering, with a natural customer focused approach
  • Able to think critically, unlocking any issues that arise

  • Advanced analytical skills, proficient in Excel and other reporting tools

  • High level of attention to detail, and accuracy
