As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day delivery of a best-in-class recruitment service for The Openwork Partnership. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and provide support to ensure we attract brilliant and talented people to help the business deliver its long-term strategy.
You will play a pivotal role in the vetting and onboarding of new colleagues, as well as provide excellent ongoing support to the team.
In addition, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will also support with ad-hoc project-based activities within the Talent Acquisition team, as well as the wider HR function.
This is a hybrid role, based in our Swindon office, with the requirement to be in the office 3 days a week.

Your responsibilities will include:
- You will be responsible for overseeing the vetting and onboarding of all colleagues coming into the business.
- Ensure internal stakeholders receive an exceptional service throughout the hiring process, one that adds genuine value.
- Deliver a memorable candidate experience at every touchpoint, acting as a true ambassador of our brand.
- Be the SME of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), championing improvements wherever possible and developing reporting capability.
- Alongside the rest of the team, drive forward the Talent Acquisition vision, as part of the broader People & Culture (HR) strategy.
- Work collaboratively across HR Operations, HR Business Partners and Talent & Development teams.
- Accountable for Talent Acquisition policies and processes, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure these are up to date and visible to all areas of the business.
