This role will support the effective delivery of the business and
corporate strategy, providing support to the Corporate Development &
Strategy team, and other members of the wider leadership team and Executive,
across a range of key projects and activities.
This is a hybrid role in either
Swindon OR London office - 3 days a week

Key Accountabilities:
- Support the development,
maintenance and monitoring of the Group Strategy.
- Provide support to the
strategy team and wider business to enable the successful delivery of the
company Value Creation Plan.
- Support the delivery of
Corporate Development opportunities including the execution of strategic
M&A opportunities.
- Enable effective stakeholder
management through preparing supporting materials required for various
groups, including for our shareholders
- Provide project support to
Strategy team initiatives, and represent the Strategy team on projects
across the business as required.
- Produce insightful and
value-additive competitor and market updates and analysis to the Executive
and wider business on a regular basis.
- Enable the effective
functioning of the Strategy Team through timely, efficient and pro-active
administrative support.
- Deputise for the Corporate
Development and Strategy managers, and other members of the team, as
required.
- Support delivery of key Corporate Projects,
including those related to shareholders.
