Marketing Executive

The opportunity

We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in delivering proposition communications, marketing campaigns and business-as-usual (BAU) marketing activity across our adviser network. This is a fast-paced, operationally focused position that would suit someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring high-quality communications are delivered effectively and on time.

Working within a busy Marketing team, you'll support the delivery of communications and marketing campaigns to advisers and clients, while maintaining key marketing systems, adviser-facing content and proposition materials.

Please note, this is a hybrid role based in our Swindon office 3 days per week.

Key Accountabilities

Plan, build and execute weekly proposition emails using Dot Digital.
Coordinate adviser communications, ensuring activity is scheduled, created and delivered on time.
Collate and analyse marketing MI, including email performance and campaign engagement.
Work closely with Proposition teams, Communication teams, SMEs and external suppliers.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes, including briefing, workflow management, budget tracking and system administration.

What will you need to succeed?

Proven marketing experience within Financial Services.
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms.
Experience using content management systems and digital asset management tools.
Strong written communication, literacy and numeracy skills.
Pro-active, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
Demonstrable track record of delivering projects and campaigns to deadline.
