The opportunity

Here at Openwork Partnership, we want to take the customer experience for our Partners and end Clients to the next level. To help us do this, we're looking for a Project Manager to focus on continuous improvements to join us to partner with the business area leadership team to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

You'll be responsible for leading projects, driving, and enabling process improvements within the organisation, at pace, whilst adhering to the agreed PMO standards using lean six sigma techniques as an accredited Black Belt.

Whilst carrying out projects, you'll coach and support others on continuous improvement techniques and practises, helping other drive small changes. This will be achieved by creating a strong stakeholder framework across the organisation, focusing on collaboration, communication, and consistency. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the Lean Sigma strategy across The Openwork Partnership.
  • Create a strong positive relationship with key business stakeholders.
  • Train and coach colleagues on the appropriate change methodologies to deliver change (Lean, 6 Sigma, and Change Management Cycle).
  • Lead DMAIC project risks, reporting, issues, constraints, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Identify opportunities for Lean Sigma improvements.
  • Support and facilitate sessions when required.
  • Train Lean Sigma at Black, Green, Yellow and White Belt levels.
  • Create coaching programme for The Openwork Partnership.
  • Support the creation of Lean Sigma tool kit and templates.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Accreditation gained in Lean Sigma Black Belt level.
  • Track record of driving results from Lean Sigma initiatives (DMAIC & Kaizen).
  • You must put the Customer at the heart of what you do.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Focused on delivering value with experience of overcoming obstacles to achieve the desired outcomes in the required timescale.
  • Proven ability to engage at all levels, creating buy in and developing a collaborative way of working.
  • Resilient, proactive, and driven in a changing environment.
  • Master Black Belt Accreditation, desirable.
  • Awareness of agile, desirable.
