We are at a pivotal point in our growth journey, and are seeking a dedicated resource to lead and deliver a process mapping, design, and optimisation initiative for the Operations workstream within the Adviser Lifecycle project.
This critical role involves baselining existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, designing new workflows, and developing actionable recommendations to optimise operational performance. The focus is on ensuring efficient team operations, adhering to Openwork Partnership requirements, Regulatory standards, and policy frameworks.

This is a hybrid 12 month fixed term contract, based in our Swindon office.

Key Accountabilities:
- Process Mapping: Documenting all existing operational processes and controls across the workstream to establish a clear baseline
- Issue Identification: Identifying and addressing workflow and process issues impacting day-today operations
- Improvement Planning: Highlighting opportunities for efficiencies and improvements across core operational processes
- Business Liaison: Working closely with the wider business and technology teams to ensure operational activities are aligned and optimised
- New Workflow & Process Design: Design and build of all new requirements to support the full Adviser Lifecycle model. Acquisitions, stakes, PBOs, MBOs, Next Gen pathways and other requirements
- Risk Escalation: Proactively identifies and reports any quality, trends, themes, emerging risks, and behavioural indicators, escalating effectively and making suggestions for action, and implementing solutions
