The opportunity

We're looking for a detail oriented agency management administrator to support key regulatory and administrative processes.  You'll handle agent changes, references, transfers, terminations, and updates to records - ensuring full compliance with FCA and The Openwork Partnerships requirements. Your work will help maintain seamless service for clients, advisers and partners.  
 
This role is based 2 days a week in the Swindon office.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Being responsible for the administration of The Openwork Partnership and Owl Contract Terminations, including AR’s, Principals, PFAs and IARs.
  • The Openwork Partnership and Owl Contract Suspensions, completing the required actions, accurate and timely communications and notifications to all relevant parties.
  • Administering ‘fit and proper’ and non-standard terminations and suspensions, including accurate, timely and approved communications and notifications.
  • Completion of Agent Change requests within SLA, ensuring relevant timely notifications are sent to the Regulator, internal departments and external providers.
  • Pro-active administration of The Openwork Partnership and Owl Agent and Client Transfers, working alongside a Contracts.
  • Be proactive with product manufacturers, ensuring prompt resolution of required changes within turnarounds.
  • Maintain high quality records and documentation to clearly and concisely support decisions.
  • Maintain procedures and annual review of content to ensure up to date and fit for purpose.
  • Provide training and coaching and acting as a Mentor for new joiners or existing staff as and when required.
  • Manage all work tasks to expected levels of quality, while keeping them in agreed SLA’s.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities, whilst delivering to consistently high standards
  • Technical knowledge used to resolve issues and find solutions for customers
  • Good organisation and the ability to manage a range of tasks with conflicting priorities
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office package and internal systems preferable
  • Operating in a busy and demanding role
  • Financial Services experience is desirable
  • The ability to handle potentially sensitive and confidential information.
