Our unique Adviser Lifecycle has been designed to guide you step by step, from your first role in Administration, through Paraplanning, onwards to becoming a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, and ultimately a fully qualified Wealth Adviser. At every stage, you’ll have the chance to deepen your knowledge, broaden your skills and increase your impact.

These are Swindon based roles initially for the duration of your training.

What will you need to succeed?

  • An established previous career with experience of operating in a demanding role
  • Self-motivated and proactive, keen to learn with curiosity.
  • First-class relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Committed to delivering outstanding service, with the customer at the heart of everything.
