The opportunity

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven professional to provide exceptional secretarial, administrative and organisational support to our Partnership Director. In this pivotal role, you'll manage busy diaries, coordinate meetings, and offer ad hoc administrative support to senior management team members as needed.
 
You'll play a key role in planning, organising and coordinating executive engagement peer group activities, identifying trends and insights from feedback to drive continuous improvement. You'll also support the delivery of events, meetings and engagement initiatives, ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally.
Working closely with the Partnership Director and Business Manager, you'll contribute to the success of our team by supporting key administrative processes, event planning and internal communications. 
 
The benefits:
  • Salary - up to £38,000
  • Bonus scheme - on target bonus - 7.5%

Key Accountabilities:
  • Provide consistent professional & confidential support to designated recipients
  • Ensure work is delivered accurately & within a timely manner 
  • Adhere to Company standards of communication & provide accurate, clear, consistent & supportive information.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and active listening 
  • Demonstrate confidence to challenge constructively and appropriately when needed
  • Demonstrate openness and honesty in all communications 
  • Provide constructive feedback to support learning, development and continuous improvement 
  • Organise and coordinate executive engagement peer group activities, identifying trends and insights from feedback to drive continuous improvement

What will you need to succeed?

  • Previous PA experience desirable and evidence of strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft packages 
  • Exceptional organisational skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills for interacting with individuals of all levels
  • Professional telephone manner 
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines 
  • Able to prioritise work effectively 
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Accurate typing proficiency
