The Business Development Manager will take a leading role building and developing an ongoing support service, particularly for experienced 2plan adviser businesses and working with other 2plan staff members.
This entails ensuring that advisers are fully conversant with the 2plan proposition and the variety of systems & tools available to them to ensure they fully understand and can use and promote these with their clients. This is particularly important where new systems or IT developments require adoption by the whole adviser community.

Key Accountabilities
- Initial and regular contact with all advisers in 2plan
- Work with the virtual team to maximise skill sets and ensure the advisers write business in accordance with our standards
- Supporting advisers in both upskilling and training the existing 2plan IFAs and restricted (Tailored Wealth Solutions); and assistance and development of new advisers both experienced and academy recruits.
- Ensure that the complete proposition is understood and can be communicated competently and correctly to a wide audience
- Be able to demonstrate the full system deliverables, including fact-find, CAP, Teams, Back Office and NCC
- Engage and communicate and work collaboratively with all staff and existing advisers
- Roll out initiatives e.g. PRR and cashflow modelling to existing advisers
