This role serves as a central liaison between the organisation and its portfolio of partner firms, fostering strong, trust-based relationships and supporting partners in achieving their business objectives.
By collaborating closely with field-based Partnership Development Managers and internal specialist teams, you will drive partner engagement, facilitate commercial growth, and ensure partners fully leverage the organisation’s offerings. This role is pivotal in delivering a seamless partner experience, proactively identifying opportunities and challenges, and contributing to the ongoing success and sustainability of both the partners and the organisation.
This is a permanent, hybrid role, based in our Swindon office, with the requirement to be in the office 3 days a week.

Key Accountabilities:
- Establish and nurture strong, professional relationships with a designated portfolio of partner firms through consistent telephone and digital engagement, adhering to Openwork Relationship Management standards
- Represent Openwork as a trusted advisor, providing partners with day-to-day support in business development and engagement activities
- Contribute to the achievement of growth objectives by actively promoting Openwork’s propositions, services, processes, and digital platforms
- Collaborate with partners to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities, escalating complex needs to appropriate channels when necessary
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all partner interactions, actions, and outcomes using CRM and contact management systems
- Proactively identify early warning signs, risks, or support requirements within partner firms and escalate these for timely intervention and additional support
- Work closely with internal teams—including field-based Partnership Development Managers, proposition, compliance, and operations, to deliver a seamless and beneficial partner experience.
