Due to growth within our Change department we have some additional Senior Business Analyst opportunities available!
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll lead complex change initiatives end-to-end, shaping clear problem statements, aligning stakeholders, and translating needs into outcomes.
In this role, you’ll work at the heart of delivery—getting to the root cause of business challenges, bringing clarity to stakeholder needs, and turning them into prioritised requirements and user stories that drive the right solutions. You’ll connect business vision with technical delivery, influence decisions through strong analysis and options appraisal, and help embed consistent, high-quality BA practice across programmes.
You’ll bring strong analytical thinking and hands-on delivery experience across business change and I.T improvement programmes—spanning process design, system enhancements, and operational efficiency. You’ll also help coach and develop other Business Analysts across the function.
This is a permanent, hybrid role based in our Swindon office, with 2–3 days per week on-site.
