The opportunity
This is a senior, influential role with responsibility for leading the development, management and distribution of Openwork’s Wealth Proposition, ensuring it aligns to our strategic objectives, supports adviser success and delivers strong client outcomes.
You’ll act as a key voice for the Wealth proposition across the business, working closely with senior stakeholders, advisers and external partners.
This role is hybrid working, 3 days a week from the Swindon office.

- Salary – £96,000 to £120,000

Key accountabilities include:
- Leading the end‑to‑end development and ongoing management of Openwork’s Wealth Proposition
- Researching the market and competitor landscape to identify opportunities to enhance customer outcomes and drive profitability
- Managing and developing strong relationships with product providers and third‑party partners
- Providing senior Wealth proposition input into corporate projects, committees and management boards
- Shaping and leading proposition‑focused distribution and marketing activity across Openwork and 2plan
- Acting as a senior point of contact for Wealth Advisers, supporting their businesses, resolving issues and identifying sales and growth opportunities
- Engaging directly with advisers through masterclasses, peer groups and events to support adviser development and proposition adoption
