The opportunity

Play a key role in the growth of our Partnership by leading the diligence, assessment, and integration of advice firms. Acting as a day-to-day lead across selected transactions, you’ll ensure that acquired client books and firms are transitioned smoothly, compliantly, and with minimal disruption to both clients and advisers. This role is central to delivering a seamless onboarding experience, supporting our adviser lifecycle strategy and helping set firms up for long-term success within the Partnership.
 
This role is a hybrid role, 3 days a week in the Swindon office.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Deliver detailed operational, financial, and client book analysis on acquisition targets, including adviser and client data insights
  • Coordinate day-to-day data collection and validation from target firms, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Support the production of diligence reports, risk assessments, and financial models to inform decision-making
  • Assist with planning and execution of integration activities across operations, technology, client transitions, and compliance
  • Track integration progress, manage stakeholder updates, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones
  • Provide wider analytical support, including investment evaluation, market analysis, and business case development for acquired businesses

What will you need to succeed?

  • Strong experience within intermediated/retail financial services, with a focus on acquisitions, diligence, integration, and project delivery
  • Good understanding of the UK financial advice market, including FCA regulation, adviser models, and client servicing frameworks
  • Able to assess commercial performance, identify risks, and recommend appropriate mitigations
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage complex integrations and competing priorities
  • Proactive and adaptable team player with excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to take ownership and drive outcomes
