Partnership Recruitment Resourcer

The opportunity

Are you a curious and driven individual with a passion for finding great talent? We're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and shaping our future hiring strategy.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in our Swindon office.

Benefits:

Salary - £25,000 - £30,000
Bonus scheme - on target bonus - 7.5%
Pension scheme - contribute up to 5% of your salary and Openwork will match you and put in an extra 5%

Key responsibilities:

Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs
Manage enquiries coming into the team mailbox
Writing and posting job adverts
Carry out market research and mapping, providing insights into trends and competitor activity
Explore and recommend new sourcing tools, platforms and strategies
Support recruitment activity including screening, interview coordination and candidate communication
Partner closely with Recruiters and Stakeholders to meet hiring goals

What will you need to succeed?

Experience in recruitment/resourcing, telesales or similar is preferred
Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter is a bonus
A self-starter mindset - proactive and motivated
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
