The opportunity

As a Junior IT Access Analyst, you will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service and exceptional attention to detail.

In this role, you will support the Access team by building hardware and tracking assets, playing a crucial role in managing the starters, leavers, and movers process.

This is an on-site role in our Swindon office 5 days per week.

Key Accountabilities:
  • To manage the new starters hardware/accounts and collection of equipment for leavers.
  • Coordinating closely with Managers and HR in relation to the new starter and leavers process.
  • Running induction sessions for new starters
  • Conduct weekly desk & meeting room checks ensuring IT equipment is working as expected.
  • Accountable for stock levels of IT equipment and maintaining the Access database
  • To support in software & hardware audits
  • To work closely with internal teams to provide support and answer any questions

What will you need to succeed?

  • Experience in a similar hardware/IT role is preferred but not essential.
  • A passion and interest in hardware and overall enthusiasm for IT.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10 is a bonus.
  • Highly motivated and a passion to deliver an outstanding service. 
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
  • Confidence to challenge, review and help to improve processes and procedures.
