At The Openwork Partnership, we're looking for ambitious, Level 4 Diploma qualified professionals who are ready to build a career in Wealth Advice.
You don't need extensive experience providing financial advice already. In fact, this opportunity has been specifically designed for talented professionals who have invested in their qualifications and are looking for the right platform to launch their advice career.
This role would be particularly well suited to:
- Paraplanners looking to move into an advisory role
- Recently qualified Wealth Advisers seeking structured development and support
- Financial services professionals with a Level 4 Diploma who are ready to begin advising clients
The Benefits:
- Salary – £45,000
- Bonus scheme - on target bonus –10%
- Pension scheme - contribute up to 5% of your salary and we will match and put in an extra 5%

About the Opportunity
You'll join our employed advice team and take part in an intensive development programme designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to deliver high-quality financial advice.
During your first quarter with us, you'll complete a comprehensive Wealth Adviser Bootcamp, including:
- Structured technical and advisory training
- In-depth coaching from experienced Wealth Advisers and business leaders
- Licensing and competency sign-off programme
- Regulatory and compliance development
- Client engagement and advice process training
Following successful completion of the programme and licensing requirements, you'll transition into an advising role, working directly with clients and beginning your journey as a Wealth Adviser within The Openwork Partnership.
