You will spearhead the holistic experience across our end-to-end customer journey; and enable us to translate that experience into business and technology change. This is fundamental to our strategic direction, providing seamless experiences and enabling us to grow.
To achieve this you'll work across teams, bringing together Customer Experience, Business Analysis and Architecture as part of our Design Centre of Excellence.
This role fundamentally enables us to connect our strategic direction with our underlying operating model by driving out a clear understanding of our customer journeys, pain points and the potential data and technology enablers that improve outcomes and experiences.
This is a Swindon based role with a requirement to be in the office two days a week.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Support design work for projects and programmes ensuring alignment with strategy.
- Communicate complex information about the organisation to stakeholders.
- Drive a clear understanding of the intersection between business ways of working and technology enablement.
- Create and maintain architectural models, target states and views embodying the key principles that describe the organisation's future state, and that enable its evolution.
- Collate a holistic view of the partnership in parallel with our wider architecture practice comprising business, data, application, Integration and hosting expertise.
- Provide insight and keep up to date with enabling technologies that can realise strategy.
- Capture and prioritise market and environmental trends, business strategies and objectives, and identify the business benefits of alternative strategies.
- Provide assurance that the correct design, delivery and where used, development processes are being followed and governance is in place.
- Support preparation of business cases, budget tracking and forecasting.
- Identifying ways of improving efficiencies in the delivery process.
